Darrell, born in 1967, is a man of many talents and passions. As a published writer, his words resonate with creativity and insight. His artistry extends to being an accomplished American-born muralist and animationist, capturing stories through vibrant visuals. Graduating from NEIU in 2019 marked a milestone in his academic journey, now continued as a Masters student at North Park University. Beyond academia and art, Darrell is deeply involved as an organizer and activist, advocating for causes close to his heart. Above all, he finds immense pride and joy in his role as a devoted father to his daughter, Maria.
